Ari helps you understand how your body moves and gives you a clear plan to improve it. The goal is to move with less discomfort, greater confidence and more freedom in everyday life.

Posture, breathing, walking and strength all influence one another. Ari studies how they work together in your body.
You live with recurring discomfort and want to move with greater ease.
You want to get stronger and feel confident doing it.
You are active, but your body is not performing at its best.
You are ready for a plan made for you.
Your training starts with careful observation. Ari identifies the patterns that matter most, explains what he sees and teaches you how to improve them. For many people, better movement can support meaningful pain relief and a return to activities they have been avoiding.

The first session gives Ari a clear picture of how you move today and where you want to go.
We talk about your history, your daily life and the goals that matter to you.
Ari observes your posture, gait and important movement patterns.
You receive a focused path forward based on your body and your goals.
