Your body is
connected.
Your training
should be too.

Posture, breathing, walking and strength all influence one another. Ari studies how they work together in your body.

01

You live with recurring discomfort and want to move with greater ease.

02

You want to get stronger and feel confident doing it.

03

You are active, but your body is not performing at its best.

04

You are ready for a plan made for you.

Your training starts with careful observation. Ari identifies the patterns that matter most, explains what he sees and teaches you how to improve them. For many people, better movement can support meaningful pain relief and a return to activities they have been avoiding.

Portrait of Ari, biomechanics specialist and founder

Hi, I’m Ari.

I help people understand their bodies and move better.

Ari is a biomechanics specialist with more than 16 years of experience in human movement.

He created Connecticut Posture & Performance to give people the attention that meaningful progress requires. Ari has helped people use movement to find relief, rebuild confidence and return to activities that discomfort had made difficult. He listens carefully, watches how you move and explains each step in language you can understand.

“My goal is to help you move with less pain, trust your body and feel capable in the things you love to do.”

Attention changes
